Magna Carta - A living Document?

It boils down to this: Republicans have a war hero running for president, Ronald Reagan reincarnated as a woman running for vice president, and an opponent in Barack Obama who has voted 97% of the time in lockstep with the failed leadership of the do nothing Democratic Congress, The Dem Congress has failed to pass an energy bill, has failed to stop earmarks and pork barrel spending, and has failed to pull U.S. troops out of Iraq with the result that we won the war that the Dems in Congress said was unwinnable! They bring bills to the floor secretly. They fail in their trust to America (are you listening, Dodd? Rangel? Pelosi?) All this from the most “ethical and transparent” Congress eva.

Republicans are on the right side of all of the truly big issues of the day: Winning the war on terror; cutting pork barrel spending; vetoing all bills that have earmarks; supporting choice in education; stopping efforts to increase taxes; promoting even more free trade; appointing judges who will not legislate from the bench; passing a comprehensive energy bill that includes more drilling, more nuclear power, development of shale oil, and development of wind and solar; supporting the Bill of Rights (mostly); recalibrating the tax code; and creating a culture of life in which child rearing and raising a family is supported and not looked down on.

Palin/McCain !!!! oops.

Just Suppose...

Suppose you are a white, church-going, bible-believing citizen in a country that has prided itself in its inventiveness, its literacy, its art, its culture, its glory in past wars and its superpower status.
Say that you saw powerful corporations and their cronies who are in positions of political power grab control of your democratic nation’s legislature, judiciary and military by the use of deceptive propaganda and rigged elections. Suppose that you and your fellow citizens were being consistently lied to about your nation’s foreign policy.

Say that these business and political leaders somehow gained control of the highest executive office in the land and then started taking away, in rapid succession, the civil rights of many of your nation’s citizens. Suppose that the installed leader started accusing progressive, peace-loving citizens of being traitors; started silencing dissenters and imprisoning people of conscience; started purging anti-fascist resistance groups and co-opting the "liberal" press; and started censoring out opposing opinions from the public consciousness

Suppose the artists, song-writers, poets, film-makers and creative thinkers of your nation were all silenced, drugged or imprisoned.

You would be in 1930s Germany and the anti-democracy tyrants would have been Adolf Hitler and his henchmen. So now the question becomes: what would you have done if you were a 1930s-era German seeing your democratic nation going fascist?

If you thought you were reading about the Klinton years or the Bush years, then you have some serious voting thought to apply before Nov 4.

Did Obama win the Dabate?

"When two opposing sides of an argument are presented, one by an honest man and the other by a liar, the liar usually wins, simply because he is not inhibited by the truth."

The Guru

Vote for the Anointed One? Are you kidding?

Even though he waxes Maoist in his rhetoric lately concerning the bailout – he wants, after all, to eradicate the free-market philosophy (and how pray tell, does one do so? Burn books? Persecute believers? Jail proponents? Sounds like…. Mao!) What it is, exactly, that he has actually done to be qualified, besides hang out with known terrorists, slum lords, racists and liars, to earn his vaunted “presidential credentials”.

Another School Shooting

I’ll keep this brief…it’s all been said before anyway.

Gun free zone = shooting gallery.
School = gun free zone = shooting gallery.
Cops had chance to take gun off him, they blew it.
Their fuckup, and ten people died.

No rant today, pray for the families, pray for those who have died….we all know there will be more shootings as time goes on…or until the day someone wakes up, and allows concealed carry on campus.

These massacres will only stop the day some nutcase finds himself facing the business end of a loaded weapon.

In the name of God the Father, keeper of Heaven and Earth, Lord of all, my Saviour and friend, grant peace to the souls so wrongly taken from this earth, grant healing to their families and loved ones as they try and find a way to cope with the unbearable, shattering and soul tearing loss so cruelly cast upon them this day.

Republican or Democrap?

It boils down to this: Republicans have a war hero running for president, Ronald Reagan reincarnated as a woman running for vice president, and an opponent in Barack Obama who has voted 97% of the time in lockstep with the failed leadership of the do nothing Democratic Congress, The Dem Congress has failed to pass an energy bill, has failed to stop earmarks and pork barrel spending, and has failed to pull U.S. troops out of Iraq with the result that we won the war that the Dems in Congress said was unwinnable! Palin/McCain !!!! oops.

"Great" Britain

What’s with “Great” Britain nowadays?

Presumably due to the exploding muslim population, ISLAMIC law has been officially adopted in Britain, with sharia courts given powers by the Crown courts to rule on Muslim civil cases.

The government has quietly sanctioned the powers for sharia judges to rule on cases ranging from divorce and financial disputes to those involving domestic violence.

For the illumination of the legally challenged amongst us, we ask: Since when was domestic violence a civil case?

One presumes that the Religion of Honor Killings will come up with some perfectly wonderful rulings on domestic violence cases, rulings that will further serve to highlight Britain as a beacon of equal “justice” for all.

There are concerns that women who agree to go to tribunal courts are getting worse deals because Islamic law favours men. Think so?

The Magna Carta is dead.

Last Thursday, Senator McCain set the stage by congratulating Senator Obama on his historic moment.

Last Friday, Senator McCain made even bigger history with his knock-it-out-of-the-park unanticipated selection of Sarah Palin for VP. His sequencing totally refocused the attention of the media on him and Palin – denying any surge of interest in Obama.

Last Saturday the media swung into gear, nakedly exposing the left’s de facto contempt for women (feminism be damned) and their slime-machine techniques were on open display. No time for subtlety, understand. In the most hilarious moment of the campaign so far, the progressive party of feminists was actually stating that a woman’s place was at home with her children!

On Wednesday, Palin delivered a stunning speech simultaneously defending her record, promoting McCain, and attacking Obama. She pulled it off like a seasoned pro, with some of the best comparisons and summations of Obama’s positions this little old Commander has ever seen.

Former “President” Carter summed up the only Democratic defense nicely when he accused McCain of exploiting his POW story. (huhhhh???!?!?! At least he has a story…)

Last night, McCain delivered a rousing speech on what it means to be an American unencumbered by totalitarian government. How it is supposed to work on the moderate-to-conservative right. And how he planned to shake things up in his term. The left still tries to demonize Palin.

It was a great week in American politics, that’s for sure. A whole new method of campaigning and a whole new Republican dynamic is unfolding before our eyes.

Grand Slam Home Run!

All over America this weekend, the middle class reaction to Palin’s selection was frenzied, while the left-wing hate merchants sprang into action with a vigor unseen since the “Bush lied” derangement. Especially among women. Women called in to radio en masse Friday, dwarfing the normally-male commenters.

Palin provides a much welcome cultural break from the chip-on-the-shoulder harridan model of political women that have been prevalent (think corrupt, anti-moral, belligerent and insufferable self-serving bitch: Hillary Clinton, Janet Reno, et al.) She has rejected the perks of public life in favor of common sense. She is friendly to business but unfriendly to perks. She supports Ron Paul and rejects party mentalities.

A brilliant choice on McCain's part. Conservatives have or will now forgive all of McCain's deviations. Many people who didn’t care whether he wins or loses have come around completely. She will, of course, be a huge focus of the campaign. She will provide a conservative voice that keeps him honest about “reaching across the aisle” – especially on the holy 2nd amendment.
They say she lacks "experience" - bogus! The history of VPs shows a
long history of people with very little of what is called "experience" today. And contrary to the media, the political values you hold are far more important than experience.

We are not hiring managers. True leadership transcends experience arguments. Sarah Palin is smart, articulate, attractive, pro-life, and pro-gun. Her political career has been based on fighting Republican corruption. Her ratings as Alaska governor are very high. Palin will bring the whole Republican base home, and some Independent and Democratic women. Palin even blunts Hillary for 2012. They may have just locked the Dumbocraps out of the White House until 2020.

Many McCain supporters wanted Romney for VP – who may have been another good choice. However, Palin’s record is better in key ways: he failed to reform Massachusetts politics as Governor – Ted Kennedy still represents them – they still have punitive taxation – they still have the most restrictive gun laws in the US – they still function on a socialist health care system – I could go on. Even though he was a successful businessman, he did not restrict state growth in good ole Mass.

And neither Obama, Biden, or McCain has run things in an executive capacity. Palin is the most experienced one on the ticket currently. And she is the only one of the four who is a reformer who has not profited from, fought for, and continually advocated the growth of Big State Politics.

Consolidate the conservative base with representation in the Oval Office. Install a conservative as President of the Senate. Provide a powerful voice against all that is wrong with politics as usual. Moderate McCain’s overly compromising tendencies. Grab the women’s vote – at least those who can see the opportunity here. Sway many independents, libertarians, and rightish Democraps to cross the line (finally the line crossing goes the other way!). Deflate the Obama “historic” candidacy which has been nothing but pandering to minorities and Muslims all along. Completely shift the terms of the debate/election/campaign.

McCain’s first presidential decision is a master stroke. He hit the ball out of the park and it still hasn’t come down. May not ever come down.

The Unconstitutional Emperor

A prominent Pennsylvania Democrat has sued Sen. Barack Obama, the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission, claiming that Obama is not a natural-born citizen and, therefore, is not eligible to be president of the United States.

A WND investigation has found that at least part of Berg's lawsuit relies on discredited claims.
The lawsuit claims Barack Obama's eligibility is questionable on several grounds, including that his Hawaii birth certificate is a forgery. says it obtained Obama's actual birth certificate and that the document was indeed real. How they did this is a mystery, since Hawaii does not make these documents public, and the Obama campaign has relied upon this fact. Barry Hussein Infanticide Obama has been uncharacteristically silent on the issue.

Free Speech?

So do all tyrants read off the same page or what?

In an effort to
"placate the West," the Chinese government famously sponsored "protest zones" while hosting the Olympics. Perhaps it took a lesson earlier version of the charade: in 1988, Atlanta, Georgia confined dissidents to what one described as a "free-speech cage" during the Democratic National Committee’s (DNC) convention.

The ChiComs went America’s “rulers” one better: they required would-be protestors to register for the zones. I’m reminded of an old
Gary Larson cartoon, in which a dog lurks around the corner from a clothes dryer. On its open door he’s written "cat fud," with an arrow pointing to the machine’s interior. A cat stands aquiver before it, wondering whether there’s really food inside, while the watching dog thinks, "Oh, please, oh, please…"

This is what we call a set-up. Seventy-seven people out of China’s 1.3 billion were dumb enough to fall for it, too: they actually registered with the Chinese government to protest the Chinese government’s abuses. Maybe they’re drinking the same Kool-Aid as Americans who see no harm in registering guns.

The ChiComs have ordered the protestors to a labor camp for a year, where they’ll be "re-educated through labor (RTL)" for "
disturbing the public order."

RTL is a routine and ruthless response to dissidents. It’s also efficient because Chinese law requires
no charges or trial. Indeed, the victim need not even commit a crime: "An official Chinese legal newspaper once said RTL was punishment for actions falling between crime and error."

Now google ‘FEMA camps”. Built on “President” Clinton’s watch. What are they for, exactly?

Montana Does it Again!

Recently Montana responded to the lack of coherent energy policies on the part of the US and crafted a program in which new coal mines are opened up on Montana’s Indian lands, and the coal is processed into clean coal and clean diesel/jet/heating fuel.

Permission? “We don’t need no stinkin’ permission!”

The Commander may just buy land there. *sniff* *sniff*

America is not dead yet….

Blatant Electioneering

Recent elections should give any serious Christian, conservative, heterosexual gun owning freedom-loving American pause. We get good republican candidates, lousy democratic candidates, and yet the elections were squeakers? And we expect this one to be different with a republican that is practically a democrat himself? If I were the Republicans, I would hitch up my drawers and get the word out: "Boys, it's time we represented our supporters, and we want an unimpeachable Republican observer hanging over the neck of every election official in that election, especially in the big cities." If nothing else, the next election will be 'clean'.Instead, they misread the signals and try to move closer to the democrat position in an attempt to play the statistics, conveniently forgetting that Congress has a 9% approval rating. That’s 91% of Americans polled who think the bums should get thrown out. 91%!!!!! When’s the last time you got 9 out of 10 people to agree on the holiday barbeque menu and movie selection?

If you don't like it, you have to do something. You can't sit back and rely on the NRA or anyone else to do it for you. For one thing the problem is so big, the opposition so strong, that it will take a mass grassroots to counteract it. There can be no 'mass' in grassroots without you. So hold your nose, vote for McCain, because we can’t afford Obama, and a vote for anyone else is a vote for Obama (Remember Perot and Klinton). If nothing else, you will be protecting the supreme court nominees from being more Ginsburgs…Do it; you don't want the next generation cursing you because you let their freedom be taken away by socialist democrats.

Clown of the House

Nazi Pelosi remains committed to blocking all new energy exploration (read as off-shore drilling) but is fully able to devote her vacation time during the Congressional recess to her book tour.

She has sold 2,737 copies of the flop.

“Saving the planet” – sure – but don’t ask her to actually sell any books to her “supporters”.

This would be funny if it weren’t so pathetic. Meanwhile, we all pay more….

District of Criminals

Showing typical liberal disdain for law when it actually applkies to them, post-Heller, Washington DC has thumbed its nose at the Supreme Court of the US, enacting restrictive legislation against gun ownership and denying Mr Heller his license in direct contravention of the court's decision.

The District's "emergency" action would keep the unconstitutional gun license requirement, keep the unconstitutional semiautomatic ban, and impose new unconstitutional "ballistics" requirements on those wishing to exercise their constitutional right to keep a firearm for self-defense.

But, even more flagrantly, the District would maintain the trigger lock and unloaded gun requirements which were explicitly overturned by the High Court.

GOA Executive Director Larry Pratt characterized the council's action by saying: "It is no wonder that the District is awash with lawlessness. The contempt for the law starts in the city council chambers."

And he also called on Congress to exercise its constitutional responsibility under Article I, Section 8, Clause 17, to rein in the lawless D.C. government - bipartisan which bills have been introduced.

"Obviously," said Pratt, "the District has demonstrated that it is unable to govern itself. So it's about time someone did it for them."

Citizen Kane-didate?

Who says Obama's campaign is fair or that he is a citizen at all? From the New York Sun:

Web loggers who are campaigning against Senator Obama's presidential run are accusing Google and Obama supporters of silencing them after their Web logs were marked as spam and their accounts temporarily frozen.

On Thursday, hours after publishing a post about an online petition demanding that Mr. Obama publicly produce his birth certificate, an associate professor of business administration at Brooklyn College, Mitchell Langbert, found that he could no longer access his Web log.
Google's Blogger hosting service had suspended "Mitchell Langbert's Blog," which Mr. Langbert describes as "two-thirds academic stuff I'm working on and one-third politics," until it could verify the Web log was not a "spam blog," or a site designed solely to increase the page views of associated Web sites.

A day later Google lifted the block on the account, but the incident and earlier Web log freezes in late June have led Mr. Langbert and other anti-Obama bloggers to accuse the Illinois senator's supporters of intentionally identifying their blog addresses to Google as spam blogs. They also say the company has reflexively suspended the sites.

"Just west of El Paso, near where Spanish conquistador Juan de Onate crossed the Rio Grande from Mexico in 1598, construction crews have completed a steel fence authorities say is a new model for border security.

"The five-meter (18-foot) tall fence has a mesh woven so tightly that feet and fingers cannot grab hold, but it still allows people to see through. Steel pylons are set close enough to stop a truck from bursting through, and two meters of reinforced concrete underground deters any tunneling."

The "pathway to citizenship" involves compliance with our immigration process.

Now that's more like it!

"Representative" Vacation

In the midst of the key issue of our election year, Pelosi has adjourned the House so Demosocialists can go explain to their constituents why they continue to intentionally hurt the public wallet through high energy prices imposed by Congress.

She went on a book tour characterized by limp sales and disjointed radical protests.

And they wonder why their approval rating is single-digit? Get this: half of President Bush's. 9%!

You can't get 10 people to agree on dinner and a movie on Friday night - much less obtain a 91% consensus nationwide! I guess the electorate is finally awake...

Pelosi is single-handedly delivering the election to the Republicans. If His Underwhelmingness McCain can't win now, he doesn't deserve to be President.

Well the Dumbocraps are at it again. In a veritable orgy of Kerry-style flip-flopping, Obama is changing positions on everything. How do you elect a democrat socialist? By masquerading as a moderate.

Only their unfamiliarity with moderate positions is a dead giveaway - they can't get it right. So tehy spin and try to make it seem that McCain is coming to the moderate position late. They forget that he is the quintessential poster boy of lukewarm, the fence-sitting champion of mealy-mouthed politics. His only strong position - ever - have been taxes, defense and second amendment. But he still appears as a rock of consistent moderate politics compared to the magic negro socialist candidate.

By the way - has anyone ever determined the final status of B. Hussein Obama's forged Hawaii birth certificate? His campaign has been awfully quiet about this one...

Nazi Pelosi

Speaker of the house Pelosi is engaged in a last-ditch effort to prevent oil drilling in the US. Regardless of the public support of the people through their representatives (now approaching 75%) for offshore drilling to increase supplies and lower prices, she erefuses to consider it and is actively blocking any vote on the matter.

Justifying her stance on purely political grounds, it is clear that the Democrat party (and let's be fair - some Republicans) have entirely ceased even the pretense of representing their constituents. Instead of fixing the situation (entirely of their own making) to reduce prices, they seriously debated adding more taxes to the oil companies. The gummint already gets 3 times as much tax revenu as the company makes profit. That's a 300% tax rate, mind you.

The Congress of the United States has become an oppressive institution and needs to be reformed immediately - by removal of these ballot mice from office.

Anti-American Democrats

Recently on Long Island, a Freeport resident grew tired of the government's apparent disinterest in enforcing immigration law when an illegal alien attempted yet another murder in his neuighborhood, or something like that.

Our intrepid citizen marched himself down to Representative Carolyn McCarthy's office in Garden City to complain. Loudly. He committed no crime. Staffers then called 911 on him. Why? Unexplained. The next day Nassau County enforcers came to his house and confiscated his guns on the theory that preemptive enforcement is somehow legal in the USA.

If you or I call 911, they invariably say that they can do nothing until a crime has been committed. But they will jump through their own ass when it's a gummint komissar doing the instructing.

Clearly the rule of law means nothing to our Dumbocrat reps or their henchmen in blue uniforms with costume jewelry on them.

Your reps are out to get you. Don't cross them. This is the message sent by "Representative" McCarthy.

It is time to remove these people from office.

USS Fife

The Commander has never laughed so hard. THERE IS JUSTICE.

The USS Fife - the Commander's first Naval assignment - was a notably unreliable ship with a distinctly dysfunctional commanding officer who displayed astonishing indifference to leadership development. The combination drove many highly capable junior officers out of the Navy - precisely the kind of officers the Navy desparately needed.

The Navy decommissioned the ship in 2005. THEN SUNK HER.

Video here:

Photos here:

The American Oil-Exploitation Congress (APEC) is so busy dodging the fuel/energy issue it can't be bothered to realize that our dependence on middle-eastern oil is a serious threat to national security. Any whim of the non-western world to screw around with our economy by diddling the oil price cannot be resisted. And yet we sit on the largest reserves on the globe. Doing nothing - by order of our federal policy makers.

The solution is blindingly obvious, yet in a movement of sudden mass stupidity, Congress fails to take any meaningful action at all.

Note to clear thinkers everywhere: If the Democrats had appointed just one more Justice to the U.S. Supreme Court, there would be no judicial recognition of your individual right to possess firearms in the United States of America and the march of tyranny would be empowered.

Barack Obama keeps making lackadaisical attempts to show support for Israel (which cost him his Hamas endorsement!)

Yet Israel hating socialists like George Galloway still see him as the clear choice. So do a lot of interesting people: Ayers. Pfleger. Wright. Ortega. Chavez. El-Hady. Castro. Khalidi. FARC.

What is there that draws terrorists, Communists, Jew-bashers, thugs, lugs, dregs, gunslingers, hustlers, rustlers, cutthroats, murderers, bounty hunters, desperados, mugs, pugs, thugs, nitwits, halfwits, dimwits, vipers, snipers, conmen, and Methodists to Obama’s campaign like flies to an oyster bar’s dumpster in August? - Michelle Malkin

Thursday, June 5, 2008

They claim to be searching for guns in suspicious vehicles because the driver might be headed into the area to do a crime. An educated and reflective individual, better aware of history and the world around him than the average mass media reporter, understands that the Second Amendment was drafted specifically to discourage authoritarian ambition within the government. By now, he also understands that expressions like "assault weapon" are authoritarian code for the hardware which best meets that specification.

Oil Prices

As oil prices continue to rise, has anyone else noticed that Congress is acting like a domestic OPEC?

Aussie Debacle

ABC - the Australian Broadcasting Company - has crossed the line into enviro-wackoism.

Their new video game on line explains to kids that they should die at 9 to avoid using more than their fair share of the planet's resrouces. This is beyond science, beyond decency, and beyond rational thought.

Asusual, the duty of the citizen is to complain loudly and incessantly.

See what happens when you cave in to creeping rabbit-isma nd allow the government to entice you to give up your weapons?

The cult of death marches on...

The hucksterish carnival barker of change, B Hussein Obama, has apparently secured the democratic party nomination, at least by delegate count - so far.

In a few months we will be able to see if Alciabades was right about the nature of democracies - whether or not the American people can be trusted with their own self-governance.

One wonders how an overtly Marxist candidate could be taken seriously - FDR and Willy Jeff not withstanding.

May God eliminate the left and preserve the Right.

Separation of Church and State

With ever-increasing frequency, we see schools across this great midle-of-the-road nation that are hosting mandatory islamic education and even using tax money to support overtly islamic schools.

Where, then, are the "separation of church and state" people who find it so abhorrent to offer voluntary school prayers and christian meetings? Why aren't they screaming about muslim indoctrination?

Texas Chirruns

In Texas, Judge Walther today released 450 kids back to their FLDS parents, after Judge Walther was delaying such action post-appellate court order to do so.

Now the FLDS is requesting massive voter registration forms, evidently planning to flood their county with voters and engage in political retribution (There are allegedly 2700 registered voters in their area).

The sheriff should be voted out. Along with the town, city, county, or state person el supporting the removal of kids from their homes and families without probable cause. Hell, without even any evidence of an actual crime at all.

The citizens of Texas should be outraged and should insist on equal protection of the laws – even for members of a non-state-approved religion. Then they should be curbing the power of the renegade and unrepentant CPS agency. The head of the agency should be removed and prosecuted. All the police involved should be prosecuted.

Make no bones about it – this was an egregious abuse of police power.

This case followed exactly the story of the intruder who dug up Granny’s gardenia’s and replaced them with daisies. They wound up an a protracted debate over the relative merits of gardenias versus daisies. Completely missing the point: Whose yard was it, anyway?

The proper response to these allegations was to investigate for abuse and remove the adults perpetrating abuse – if any. The 5 or 7 or 24 arrests would have neatly, constitutionally, and effectively resolved the situation.

Whose kids are these, anyway?

Borders, Lanuguage, Culture

Compromise, they always proclaimed in glowing terms, is the one indispensible, absolutely magical key to living and working within that best of all possible political worlds, a democracy.
However, compromise might be more properly termed a “solution:” which satisfies no one. Especially relating to borders.

If everybody takes a stance and won't budge, if nobody is willing to give at least an inch (if not a mile), why, then nothing will ever get done! (This overlooks the obvious fact that there are circumstances -- almost all of which involve government -- in which nothing ever should get done.)

Thanks to the left-wing politicos in Congress who were usually the principal advocates of compromise, it always seems to be the other guy who was supposed to be so willing to compromise. (Like the way you and I never get to be "others" when "others" are the entities we're all supposed to live to serve. And provide education for. And free health care. And drivers licenses.)

And of course whoever has been sucker enough to compromise is expected to do it all over again, the next time the subject comes up.
Somebody needs to knock them down, sit on their chests, and scream down their nostrils that any compromise with evil is -- guess what -- evil!

In a matter of less than twenty years, our campuses, the media, and then our places of business were taken over by a kind of social disease we now call "political correctness" in which it's considered unacceptable to call a thing by its true name, to want to know who started the fight, to protect yourself, to judge individuals by their actual abilities or virtues, or to enjoy anything that might make the most hypochondriac lunatic among us whimper or sniffle that he's allergic to anyone even thinking about eating peanut butter, wearing perfume, or smoking tobacco.
We're also too ready to compromise on an international level. One thing is beyond doubt: there is a conspiracy to flood our southwestern states -- Arizona, New Mexico, southern California, southwest Texas -- with enough foreign nationals to seize them politically and deliver them to Mexico. This conspiracy is taking place in broad daylight, with the full knowledge and support of the Mexican government, and we're too polite to do anything about it.

It's called "la Reconquista" -- the reconquest -- and it festered first in the academia-decayed minds of far-left Hispanic professors in border-state universities. And it's a lie: for the most part the lands in question never belonged to Mexico to begin with; the plan is that they never will. Instead, the advocates of _la Reconquista_ yearn for their very own socialist paradise called "Aztlan", where the economic system that killed tens of millions through arctic exile, political execution, and good old fashioned starvation, the system that failed in Russia, virtually destroyed eastern Europe, and is being rapidly abandoned by China will be given a good old college try all over again. Remember – socialism is the most foul, murderous potical system yet devised by man – and the most efficient mass-murder machine.

If you try compromise, all you end up with is more evil. And as we all ought to know by now, the face of evil is not red with horns and a forked tail. Nor is it the leering, blood-lust maniacal grin of a dictator awash in bodies (although they make a good try at it). It is the face of a mild mannered, poorly dressed bureaucrat in shirt sleeves and a tie, holding a policy and procedures manual from which he cannot deviate, from which he is empowered to get even with all he envies and fears.

Presumptive Nominee

It appears that the fix is now in. Barry Obamanation has the mathematical nomination locked up. Barring some last-ditch Hail Mary nuclear scheme, Hitlery Klinton is OUT. Evidently the Democrat party agrees with the Commnander regarding her eminent unelectability and the uselessness of keeping either of the Klintons around.

What is surprising to the Commander is the broad voter support she obtained anyway. While not enough to secure the nomination without a back-room cigar smoke deal, millions of "Americans" still supporter her. One wonders what woudl be necessary to lose their support?

Would she have to hold the gun, on camera, while Willy raped a coed intern on the 6 o'clock news before the Klinton Kult would have enough?

Concealed Carry

While the Rocky Mountain News reports on March 11th regarding the increase for the entire state, this particular discussion caught my attention:

Sheriff Maketa said applications rose 87 percent in his county, and most of those were for new permits rather than renewals. He said spikes in applications happened directly after high profile shootings like the Utah mall shooting, the Virginia Tech massacre and the New Life Church gun battle — all happened in 2007.

Maketa said he's not concerned about the county's growing number of legally armed people. In fact, he said he believes law-abiding citizens make the region safer by getting the permits.

"Actually, I wish it was a higher number, because I know from experience that offenders in the jail system tell me they avoid crimes against people because they know there is a very high concealed-carry rate," Maketa said. . . .

Thought for The Day (9/11)

…if a single individual, armed with a tiny .22 revolver, had been aboard each of those airliners that fateful day, September 11 would have no more significance as a date today than September 10 or September 12.

Missing the Point

In WAYCROSS, Ga., eleven third-grade students got together and plotted to kill their teacher, even going so far as to bring handcuffs and a knife to school. Each child had a job to do, including one assigned to wipe up the blood.

The plot unraveled over the weekend when a student tipped off police, Waycross Local 6 reported.

School officials said they never imagined that some of the 8- and 9-year-olds boys and girls at the school would think of bringing physical harm to a teacher, WJXT reported.

In addition to the knife being found, the school officials said other students had duct tape, handcuffs, ribbon and a heavy crystal paperweight.

In a typical ninnyhammer reaction: "I can't believe that -- because he's a third-grader. You know, I cannot believe that. Especially, for here," said parent Doris Rowland.

Heads in the sand – again.

From the Rottweiler (Hilarious)

A boy in his mid-teens learned Wednesday afternoon that it is not a good idea to try to rob a war veteran at knifepoint, even if he is an 81-year-old former Army paratrooper.

Do not ever, ever mess with a paratrooper. They leap out of planes and then kick the living shit out of anything stupid enough to put up any resistance. No fear holds a man whose entry to combat is dependent on a few feet of wire and some cloth, backed up by hot lead and cold steel.
These men entered the European theatre and taught the Germans the meaning of the word pain.. Faced with the 82nd Airborne, more than one German platoon tucked their tail between their legs and ran.

Santa Rosa police Sgt. Steve Bair said that’s what happened around 2 p.m. in the 1600 block of Fourth Street. The elderly man, Donald Clouston, was walking with a grocery bag in each arm when the boy approached him with a large knife.

Son,. whoever you are, put the knife away now before it gets shoved someplace you don’t want it. The man you tried to rob, thinking you had an easy mark, has stared Death in the face and laughed.
Don’t make an old warrior angry, son, they know more ways to hurt you than you can ever imagine.
The boy said, “Old man, give me your wallet or I’ll cut you,” Bair said. The man told the boy he was a veteran who fought in two wars and had been threatened with knives and bayonets, Bair said.

Wielded by men who did not live to regret their folly.

Clouston then put his bags on the ground and told the boy that if he stepped closer he would be sorry. When the boy stepped closer, the man kicked him in the groin, knocking him to the sidewalk, Bair said. The Army paratrooper picked up his grocery bags and walked home, leaving the boy doubled over, Bair said.

The goblin should be grateful. The paratrooper left him alive.
BBair said the teen is white and 15 or 16 years old and anyone with information is asked to call the Santa Rosa Police Department.

He won’t be that hard to find..all the police need to do is issue an APB for a white fifteen year old with his balls wrapped around his neck.

Obama? Klinton?

"He ricochets from one scandal to another, endlessly self-absorbed and generally despised."

(No, no! We mean George IV, about whom this line was written quite some time ago.)

Ayn Rand

Let's see -

In England the law states you have to let yourself be robbed, raped, or murdered without defending yourself

US cities are actively courting illegal aliens with taxpayer-funded benefits in the name of altruism.

The Federal government is requiring all of us to support people we would never support, and not prosecuting them when they are caught defrauding the system.

And this link shows the government's ray gun.

Ayn Rand was right.

Voter Identification

Did you hear that Dems in Ohio want to investigate people's internet chats to see if they really intended to register as Dems legitimately for the primary? This is the same party that gets upset about the Patriot Act. I guess that keeping the wrong people from voting is more important than National Security. I guess that I forgot about vote fraud.

Hillary forced to retract her previous claims about “landing under sniper fire” in Bosnia. There was no sniper fire.

“Coincidentally”, she chooses the day that story breaks to finally denounce Obama’s racist minister.

The new NY governor admits not only to illicit sex, but getting the woman a high-paying job. Now also admits to cocaine use.

Democrats are illegally looking into each other’s passport files.

Democrats plot to install a surprise candidate in the event that the delegate battle is inconclusive for either Clinton or Obama. Could be Gore??!?!!?!?!

Remember these people tried to convince us that Clinton’s Presidency was the most ethical ever?

The Commander has just finished Stephen Mark’s book Confessions of a Political Hitman.

While operating as a Republican-oriented opposition researcher, the author experienced a crisis of conscience du7e to his observation of widespread individual hypocrisy in the Republican Party. He freely admits that this condition is mirrored on the Democrap side, and that while he “detests liberals”, his exit to the fence-sitting middle was due to his nausea over the hypocrisy. He seems to feel that the Democraps are somehow more holy because they just freely admit to venal corruption and blatant double-standardism.

What Mr. Marks fails to realize is that any random individual may be seduced by power, money, or sex. Human failings do not necessarily reflect on the stated goals of the party platform.

Republicans have some bad people. Democrats have bad ideas.

"The society of late twentieth century America is perhaps the first in human history where most grown men do not routinely bear arms on their persons and boys are not regularly raised from childhood to learn skill in the use of some kind of weapon, either for community or personal defense - club or spear, broadsword or long bow, rifle or Bowie knife.

It also happens to be one of the rudest and crudest societies in history, having jubilantly swept most of the etiquette of speech, table, dress, hospitality, fairness, deference to authority and the relations of male and female and child and elder under the fraying and filthy carpet of politically convenient illusions.

With little fear of physical reprisal Americans can be as loud, gross, disrespectful, pushy, and negligent as they please. If more people carried rapiers at their belts, or revolvers on their hips, It is a fair bet you would be able to go to a movie and enjoy he dialogue from the screen without having to endure the small talk, family gossip and assorted bodily noises that many theater audiences these days regularly emit. Today, discourtesy is commonplace precisely because there is no price to pay for it."

Protect Yourself

Amid much debate over the role of self-defense in fighting crime (statistics show that you are much safer fighting back than you are with any other response) a novel response is gaining favor.
Courts have now ruled that police do not have a duty to protect you – only to protect “society at large”. Gun rights advocates thus conclude that a person’s best defense is their own armed response, or at least fighting back with whatever is at hand.

Now, according to USA Today, “Facing tighter budgets, law enforcement agencies across the country are increasingly turning to civilians [Aren’t police civilians too? The police force is not a military body. Yet. -CDR] to respond to some calls that sworn officers and deputies are usually responsible for.

“That means people calling 911 to report a traffic accident, a burglarized home or a stolen car may be greeted by a civilian in a polo shirt instead of a gun-toting officer”. So now they won’t even pretend to protect you…

" ‘It hasn't been universally adopted throughout the country. But most areas have at least thought about the alternative and are more open to it now because of the economy,’ said Richard Brady, president of the Palo Alto, Calif.-based Matrix Consulting Group that has worked with more than 250 law enforcement agencies.”

I guess an individual’s armed response is the best defense after all…

We note with some amusement the spectacle of the military-loathing Klintons suddenly trying to conjure a pretend connection to the military.

“Under sniper fire!”

As eminently displayed in the media (the media! We always wondered what it would be like if a Democrat got the same media treatment as a Republican. Now we can see it firsthand!) she was lying. How do you tell if a Klinton is… oh, never mind.

Another attempt to fool the public into thin king she has something – anything – at all – in common with normal Americans.

Sidebar – what kind of First Felon Lying Sack of S#!t Serial Lecher Dirtbag “Commander-in Chief” would send his wife into a hot LZ?

AND finally – the Administration was eveidently more afraid of the soldier’s response to her than that of the enemy, so they demanded that the security detail be deprived of ammunition! Now, I’m axin’ you – What good is a detail of MPs in a hot area without ammunition?

Yesterday’s SCOTUS review of the Washington DC gun ban was interesting – even to those of us who thought we knew what to expect.

First, DCs attorney opened with statements of historical falsity. Either he is stupid, unprepared, or willing to lie even to the Supreme Court to get his way. (See 3:16-25).

Secondly, during discussion, even Justice Kennedy (hardly a conservative) was opining on the unequivocal right of the individual to own arms. The court’s sticking point was whether a jurisdiction could legitimately ban one type of firearm while allowing others.

Thirdly, the court argument veered into the territory of allowing machine guns due to their applicability to military service (we feel it is highly unlikely that the court will ever rule that machine guns are legitimate for civilian possession – even though the M-16 is the basic arm of our military).

Prediction – the court will rule that the fundamental right of individuals to own and bear arms is protected, that “bear arms” requires further review to determine cases and circumstances where the right cannot be regulated, and that ownership of various types of firearms can be subjected to reasonable regulation that is more lenient than most attempts now. The DC ban will be struck down. Licensing will be upheld. Many challenges to regulations and licensing will follow.
Ah, well – you can’t have everything. Where would you put it?

Second Amendment

Today the Supreme Court (SCOTUS) is hearing argument on the scope of the second amendment to the US Constituion. At issue is whether the amendment protects an individual right without restriction or whether it protects a collective right of the state. Although plain language, plain reading, and consistency with the rest of the constitution requires an interpretation that anyone but a Democrat or a Lobbyist can deduce, we note that the version of the amendment used ion all the news coverage is incorrectly reproduced:

To wit:

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed”. This rendering does not even make grammatic sense and is relied upon by opponents of the individual rights theory.

The correct rendering, taken from the Bill of Rights in the National Archives, is as follows:

A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.

Very plain.

DId OBL Win?

We face a unique situation in American history - to wit: Bib Laden attacked us in an attempt to destroy the US based on our infidelness. Afterwards, we have traded our liberties and our defense to a repressive state organization (sound familiar) and he now has a hundred thousand United States citizens and our children treated like inmates? We are pushed around in every conceivable manner by state organs (and Democrats) at least as repressive as the Taliban.

He has made his point.

Election Absurdity

The most apalling aspect about the upcoming election in November is that there should be a contest at all.

No one I ever speak to has any patience for the other side, let alone the commitment to vote for it.

According to polls, there are a lot of people out there who have evidently never read the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the "Federalist Papers," or "Democracy in America," yet every one of them has a vote that is just as good as yours.

The Constitution

"The Tenth Amendment is not to be left up to the federal government to interpret for itself. The essence of our Constitution is that power must not be allowed to define its own limits."

Doctor Clyde Wilson

Ethics in the News

Another Public Official (D) is going down in flames. After campaigning on “ethics”.

Now he is trying to back and fill and kick up dust and avoid resignation.

Within 48 hours the Senate Republicans will call on the State Speaker to commence impeachment if he does not resign.

We believe that we are about to see a gubernatorial impeachment in New York….

For the (R) side, let's review the Larry Craig situation.

He denies being gay. Yet he was charged with soliciting gay sex in a bathroom and pled guilty to a lesser included charge in order to avoid a scandal – he claims in a moment of stress.

The hidden facts are that he was the person who spearheaded the move (later derailed by democrats) to bring Janet Reno, FBI, and ATF to accounts for Waco.

Reasonable doubt? Perhaps they finally found a way to frame him and ruin him? Who can say for sure?

The Proper Candidate

When Andrew Johnson ran for the Senate in 1855 he heard that his life had been threatened at an upcoming appearance. When he took the podium he pulled out a pistol and laid it on the table in front of him. "Fellow citizens," he said, "I have been informed that part of the business to be transacted on the present occasion is the assassination of the individual who now has the honor of addressing you. I beg respectfully to propose that this be the first business in order. Therefore, if any man has come here tonight for the purpose indicated, I do not say to him, let him speak, but let him shoot." In those days we elected a higher type of man.

The more things change...

We have recently, despite the public's demands for secured borders, incarcerated two valuable Border Patrol Agents for attempting to (gasp) nab a drug smuggling illegal alien; yet the federal agent who shot Amy Weaver squarely in the face with a sniper rifle while she was holding her baby in her arms, and was involved in Waco, is walking around loose.

Shades of Atlas Shrugged...

Let's see -

In England the law now states you have to let yourself be robbed, raped, or murdered without defending yourself

US cities are now actively courting illegal aliens with taxpayer-funded benefits in the name of altruism.

The Federal government is requiring all of us to support people we would never support, and not prosecuting them when they are caught defrauding the system.

And teh Army is advertising/demonstrating to the public on CBS - the program shows the government's ray gun.

Ayn Rand was right.

The Klinton Campaign Evanesces....

The Commander takes delight in watching the campaign of the un-electable spouse of the "First Felon" - Former "President" Klinton (church burner, liar, and all-around embarassment) implode.

We cannot decide which is a greater travesty: her last-ditch desperate ploy for sympathy through use of the gender card in the waning days of her alleged campaign; or the disreputable and utterly inexcusable fact that some American women will support this non-sense...

"For the Children"...

(CNN) -- A former police officer convicted of murdering his girlfriend and their unborn child tearfully apologized to her family Monday in front of the jury that will decide whether he lives or dies.

On the stand, Cutts said he went to pick up his son, Blake, and became agitated when Davis, 26, wasn't moving fast enough to get the boy ready. He said he tried to leave her house, but she grabbed him to keep him from leaving, and he accidentally elbowed her in the throat. Cutts told the jury he performed CPR on Davis and then tried to revive her with bleach. When he realized Davis was dead, Cutts said he panicked and put her in the back of his truck, so Blake wouldn't have to see his mother.

Prosecutors discounted Cutts' story, claiming he buckled under the financial pressure of child support, killed the mother of his child and then created a cover story to try to get away with it.

"For the good of the child" people are now killing. Time to revise these laws, I guess....

Kalifornia - The Promised Land

"Two people were stabbed at a Fullerton movie house during the screening of a horror film on Sunday night. Police are still searching for the suspect."

"The victims, who reportedly did not know each other, were sitting in separate areas of the same theater when they were attacked around 7:30 p.m. at the AMC Theater on Lemon St., Fullerton police Sgt. Eric Halverson said. "

The Commander was sure that violent crime was extinct in Kalifornia thanks to their stringent gun control...

Affairs of State

McCain had an affair? A Smurfpublican had sex? When Slick Willey (Willy Jeff Clinton - the former "President") does it….”leave him alone…that’s his personal life!!”

But John McCain (R) “He had an affair! A president needs ethics!”

Like sex/BJ/Whatever from a 20 year old girl when you’re the "President" of the USAdoesn't constitute abusing your power for sex…

Any other government employee would lose their job or go to jail.

The left makes me puke.

Get Serious!

We engage in meaningless debates about waterboarding, the illusory benefits of gun control, establishment of gun-free zones, some mystical tolerance for extremists from the religion of perepetual outrage.

Meanwhile, the Muslim extremists teach 12-year old children how to behead humans and train them with machine guns.

We wil not be able to defend ourselves from them and remove terrorism from the global politcal stage until we, as a nation, get serious.

It has long been held forth by the Commander that Billary Clinton is un-electable in the USA.

Now Tammany Hall (sorry - the Democrats) give every evidence of agreeance with The Commander.

Another school shooting.

Perhaps it is time for Americans to stop worrying about licensing, gun control, concealed carry, imaginary "gun-free zones", and arm ourselves wherever we go, at all times, without regard to its acceptability to the grass-eaters.

It is clear that the only protection we can count on comes from ourselves.

Our new motto: "I exercise my constitutional rights because you will not!"

Watch out for Words This Election

Propaganda is the single greatest controlling force in the
world; as a tool for persuasion, it is far more powerful than any
weapon of violence could ever be.

“The broad masses of a population are more amenable to the
appeal of rhetoric than to any other force.” [Adolf Hitler]

“Print is the sharpest and the strongest weapon of our party.”
[Joseph Stalin]

Conservatism in America

It appears that all three remaining Republican candidates are trying to out-average each other. Where are the heirs to Reagan?

Have Republicans abandoned their principles and become "Democrat - Lites"?

Common Sense

In January, the Brady Campaign released its annual "State Report Cards," scoring the states according to their gun laws.

Once again, the Brady rankings clearly demonstrate that states that have the most gun control tend to have the most violent crime.

Undocumented Workers

Calling an illegal immigrant an "undocumented worker" is the same as calling a drug dealer an "unlicensed pharmacist".

Illegal Aliens Rear End Homeland Security VehicleJanuary 29th, 2008 @ 12:49pm
by Jayme West/KTAR

A mini-van full of illegal immigrants rear-ended a Homeland Security SUV Tuesday morning on I-10.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety said the overloaded van was heading west when it was involved in a three-vehicle chain-reaction crash near the Elliot Road off-ramp.

No one was hurt.

The 11 illegal immigrants inside the van were taken into custody by ICE.
